This is a design/build project consisting of 4,000 sq. ft. of office space and 12,000 sq. ft of warehouse space, built to showcase our craftsmanship. There are numerous layers floating ceilings, radius soffits, floor border work and custom wood/metal designs. All MEP systems were designed to meet high efficiency & high design standards
