Carpenter Apprentice

LEARN WHILE YOU EARN! On the job training

Compensation: $27,500, Starting Annual salary (Scheduled wage increases are applied in 6-month intervals for 4 years, until journeyman classification wage is met)

Employment Type: Full Time

Basic Responsibility:

  • Must be punctual, maintain a positive attitude and desire a career in the skilled trades.
  • Must have a license and reliable transportation, as you will be expected to numerous different jobsite locations.
  • Must be comfortable with heights, including scaffolding, scissor and boom lifts.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • A specific work description will be provided, once your trade is chosen.
Carpenter

Compensation: $42,000 to $62,000 Annually

Benefits Offered: Life, Vision, Dental, 401K, Medical, Annual Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time

Carpenter Responsibilities:

Basic Responsibilities

  • Must have all necessary hand tools (complete pouch, clamps, cordless, PLS laser, stilts etc.)
  • Must have a strong work ethic, be quality oriented and maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be able to layout work while interpreting drawings and specifications
  • Must be a solid mechanic with specialty focus on installing metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, frames, doors and hardware
  • Must be comfortable with heights, including scaffolding, scissor and boom lifts

Advanced Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead as a foreman, this would include coordinating with general superintendent relating to quality control, manpower, equipment, materials, scheduling, problem solving etc.
Project Manager

Project Manager Responsibilities

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret project drawings and specifications accurately.

  • Coordinate, communicate, and document all project activities between owners, field personnel, and estimators.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a consistently positive attitude.

Estimator

Estimator Responsibilities

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret project drawings and specifications accurately.

  • Perform digital takeoffs, compile cost and quantity calculations, and prepare proposal submittals.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
