12000 Edgewater Apartments

This project consists of architectural upgrades throughout the common areas of the building, including: the main lobby, (16) elevator lobbies, penthouse lounge, leasing office, gym and laundry room. We are fabricating custom wood slat wall with inset antiqued mirrors, replacing vinyl and rubber flooring and replacing acoustical ceilings.
